Request captions for your film
(New service for machine transcriptions)

There is a new law in Sweden that stipulates that video and audio published after the 23rd of September 2020 on websites and social media of the university (and other government agencies) need to be accessible, which means that they need captioning.

By filling out a simple web form in GU Play you can order machine transcriptions for your film. The service supports Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Spanish, French and English. More languages can be added in the future.

Hybrid teaching (campus and online at the same time)

Due to Corona, some parts of the University's courses and programs are held as hybrid teaching. This means lectures and seminars where students can participate in the discussion either online or on campus, synchronously. For a teacher, it is a challenging task to have students online and in the room at the same time.
