Important: New rules for video in teaching

From 23 September 2020, new rules apply to teachers who use video in their teaching. Public videos need to be subtitled in order to meet accessibility requirements. In Canvas’ closed course rooms, it is still allowed to post non-subtitled videos. For many students though, especially those with disabilities, it is important that teaching materials are adapted to students with special needs.
